Ryan is a highly accomplished executive with over 15 years of experience in residential sales, lettings, and new homes across the UK and internationally.
Prior to setting up Highlight Housing, Ryan held the position of Chief Operating Officer at a private-equity backed registered provider of affordable / social housing, leading business growth and overseeing the purchase, sale, let, and management of over 400 new build homes.
Prior to this role, Ryan was instrumental in reshaping the business model at the UK’s first national enabler of custom build housing. Ryan also previously worked for Savills as Residential Development Sales Manager where he specialised in the sales and marketing of new homes across the North of England, providing strategic advice to some of the nation’s most prominent property developers.
Earlier in his career, Ryan held the position of Head of Sales at Sotheby’s International Realty in Dubai.
With a strong track record of driving business growth and delivering impactful results, Ryan is a qualified property professional with extensive expertise in the UK residential new build property sector.
