SELLING FEE
No Sale, No Fee
You’ll only pay if your property sells. Our standard fee is 1% + VAT of the final sale price, or a fixed £2,000 + VAT for properties sold under £200,000. This is payable on conclusion of missives.
Our fee covers full sales support through to completion – including advertising, qualification, viewings, negotiation, and sales progression.
MARKETING FEE
The marketing fee is £400 + VAT and includes property staging, high-quality photography, videography, and a virtual walkthrough of your home. This ensures your property is presented clearly and professionally to prospective buyers, helping to generate genuine interest.
HOME REPORT
A Home Report is a legal requirement when selling a property in Scotland. We can recommend trusted local surveyors to carry this out, with fee details available upon request.
CONVEYANCING
